Turnabout/Stillwater Academy's Family Bridge provides a way for parents to stay up-to-date on their teen's treatment progression. Parents can send letters, access treatment plans, treatment updates, learning materials, video conferences, staff information, activity information, video conferencing, important program bulletins, school progress reports, and photos over the computer. This ability to "see" how their teen is doing keeps parents informed and facilitates greater communication between parents and counselors to help achieve treatment goals.

Turnabout's Family Bridge even provides a way for family, friends, and other professionals teens have worked with to maintain contact and show support. Having a group of people surround and show encouragement helps teens progress while in the program, and establishes a great support network for a teen returning home from treatment.
